Fundraising FAQs

Is there a minimum required number of yard signs that must be sold?

In order to qualify for fundraising pricing, a minimum of 15 signs must be sold.

Can my organization complete this fundraiser if we are not a registered 501(c)(3)?

Yes, we are happy to consider a fundraising partnership with your organization regardless of your 501(c)(3) status, though we do need to be aware of your status for tax purposes.

How is payment exchanged?

During the fundraising window, you will collect both orders and payment. At the close of your fundraiser, you will submit the order information and full payment to Be Kind Designs.

How long is a fundraising window?

Your organization can decide how long you would like your fundraising window to last. You will collect orders and payment during your fundraising window, so we recommend considering the amount of time you'd like to offer for these sales.

How will yard signs be delivered after the fundraiser?

Within 3 weeks of the order deadline, all yard signs will be delivered to the Fundraising Coordinator for distribution. Signs will be individually marked based on order form information submitted by the Fundraising Coordinator.

Who needs to be involved from our end?

We require one point of contact (the Fundraising Coordinator) to finalize and confirm all logistics. From there, you can decide who within your organization can help collect orders and contribute to the success of your fundraiser.
